There has been nothing but issues since they switched to this app. It’s been hit or miss if you can get into it and, when you can, family members disappear and you can’t access their records. For the last month, the whole app locks up when you try to log in.

I have waited months and months for the app to be work properly. I can only get as far as selecting my meds, but the store locator feature isn’t working and won’t show my local store rendering the app useless. The website has been deactivated forcing customers to use the app - which isn’t working. This is frustrating for both customers and technicians as they now have to handle prescription refills over the phone or in person. Seriously considering switching pharmacies if this isn’t addressed soon.
