Colony Counter: Bacteria

Colony Counter helps you count bacteria colonies in Petri dish images using your iPhone. The app works entirely on the device and uses photos taken with the iPhone camera or selected from the photo library. No external hardware, pairing, or login is required. Features Simple and intuitive Capture a photo of a Petri dish or select an existing image, and the app automatically counts visible colonies. Automatic colony detection Uses an on-device machine learning model to identify and count colonies from images. Manual counting option Manually add or adjust colony counts for greater control. Save and share results Results are stored locally on the device and can be shared if needed. Notes This app is currently in a testing phase and may not always produce fully accurate results. Some colonies may not be detected due to image quality or technical limitations. The app is intended as an assistive tool, and feedback is welcome.
