Inventory Manager – Keep Your Supplies Under Control

Inventory Manager helps you organize and manage supplies, products, and shopping lists in a clear and structured way – at home, in the office, or on the go. The app can be used for free. For larger data sets and advanced functionality, an optional Premium subscription is available.

Synchronization

The app allows shared data usage within small groups. Join groups using a temporary group code No user accounts, no passwords, no personal login data required Synchronization via a self-operated server located in Germany

Free Usage

Inventory Manager can be used free of charge and provides all essential functionality for smaller data sets and simple use cases. The free version is designed for personal use with limited data volume.

Premium Subscription

The optional Premium subscription unlocks extended functionality, especially useful for larger inventories, intensive usage, or collaborative group management. Premium features include: Extended use of barcodes and product photos Management of larger product and inventory collections Extended CSV import and export Larger groups with multiple members Membership in multiple groups simultaneously Advanced sorting and aggregation features Detailed demand and minimum stock planning Efficient multi-selection for batch actions

In addition, optional per-group upgrades are available (e.g., increased media capacity or additional custom data fields). These upgrades apply to a single specific group and require an active Premium subscription.

Important Note About Subscriptions

If a Premium subscription expires, all stored data remains fully intact. However, groups or data sets that exceed the free limits can only be edited with an active Premium subscription.
