WHAT THE SCIENCE SAYS According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) scientific opinion, most lactose-intolerant individuals tolerate up to 12g of lactose in a single dose without notable symptoms, and the most sensitive generally remain symptom-free below 3 to 5g per dose. The Lacto-Score helps you stay under your personal threshold without giving up everyday products.
