UBTask uses a login-based system with role-specific access:

Admin – Full access to system settings, users, and reports Head of Department (HOD) – Manages users and tasks within their department Staff – Views and updates assigned tasks and personal profile

Intern / Smart Team – Can receive and assign tasks based on permissions
