Zen non-clinical conversational support Zen is a general-purpose conversational AI designed for encouragement, reflection, and everyday support. Zen does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

Session scheduling with independent professionals Members can schedule sessions with independent, licensed professionals directly in the app. All professional services are provided by third parties. No payments are collected inside the app.

On-device journaling Journal entries are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded or stored on Balance For Life servers.

Breathing and calming exercises Use guided breathing techniques, including 4-7-8 breathing, to slow down, reset, and relax.

Gratitude and habit tools Build consistency with simple daily gratitude prompts and habit-tracking tools.

Learning resources Read short, practical articles focused on everyday topics like rest, routines, and managing daily stress.
