YOUTHreach App

Welcome to YOUTHreach app, a mobile application developed as part of the EU research project YOUTHreach (https://youth-reach.eu/) to support a multicenter European clinical trial by collecting both passive and active data related to daily functioning and mental wellbeing in young people. The app passively monitors mobility, physical activity, sleep, and smartphone usage through built-in sensors, while actively engaging users through short activities such as questionnaires, voice recordings, and text inputs to reflect on mood, interests, and emotional states. By combining these data sources, YOUTHreach represents an early step toward an AI-driven tool aimed at empowering youth and clinicians in the early detection, monitoring, and prediction of mental health trajectories. Be aware that this app is not intended to be a medical device and do not provide any treatment or medical diagnosis.
