BayaEthicalAI (BAYA E AI) is a personal self-reflection app for adults (18+) to explore experiences related to attention, organization, motivation, emotions, and daily functioning. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice.

Features: • Guided, rule-based journaling prompts • AI-generated reflective summaries that you review and approve before saving (no diagnoses/treatment) • Routine check-ins (e.g., sleep) • Self-help strategy ratings using subjective, non-clinical scores • Clear data rights, including access, deletion, and consent withdrawal

All AI summaries are for personal insight only and do not provide diagnosis or therapeutic guidance.

Data & Security: • We do not require personal identifiers (e.g., name, date of birth, address). • Email is collected via Microsoft Entra ID External CIAM for the purpose of login and linking chat data. • Users may voluntarily enter personal reflections to generate AI-based summaries. This information is not shared with healthcare providers or third parties. • Data is stored in Microsoft Dataverse/Azure (Australia East) and encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+) with role-based access and a zero-trust model.
