Coachio is made for clients of coaches and personal trainers who work with Coachio. You need an invitation from your coach to log in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard: see today's goals, training, nutrition and habits at a glance. • Workouts: follow your plan exercise by exercise, log your sets and reps, and finish with an intensity score. • Nutrition: view your nutrition plan, log meals, track calories and macros, and get smart meal suggestions. • Habits: build daily routines and keep track of your progress. • Progress: record your weight, measurements and progress photos and see your results over time. • Check-ins: complete your coach's check-ins and stay on track. • Calendar: manage your appointments in list, week or month view, synced with Google Calendar. • Book sessions: view the schedule and reserve your PT or group sessions with credits. • Chat: stay in touch with your coach. • Apple Health: connect Apple Health and your steps, distance, active energy, heart rate and weight flow straight into your progress. You switch the connection on yourself under Settings > Integrations > Apple Health, and you can revoke it at any time.
