Since February, I have been charged $39.98 every month, yet I have barely been able to use the app. Every time I try to access the coaches, I am asked to pay an additional $19.99 to unlock them. I originally registered through your website, and I am now unable to find my subscription or any option to cancel it within the app. Please cancel my subscription immediately, investigate these charges, and issue a refund where appropriate.
