KEY FEATURES:

Organise Your People Group friends into Circles like Best Friends, Family, Work, or Church. Each circle has a colour you choose. On the friends grid, circle colours show as rings around each photo (up to four colours blended when someone is in several circles). Filter by circle, sort by name or last catch-up, and see each friend's catch-up status on the grid.

Set Your Rhythm Choose how often you'd like to catch up with each friend: weekly, monthly, or just when it feels right. Koinonia tracks your catch-up history and shows clear status indicators: Overdue (red), Due (orange), Scheduled (blue), and On Track (green).

Never Miss a Moment Your Timeline shows upcoming birthdays, important dates, reminders, planned catch-ups, and friends who are due. Sorted into overdue, today, this week, and later. Tap a row to open a friend's profile. Long-press for actions like Plan, Log, or Reschedule. Swipe left on overdue items to snooze for one week.

Agenda Add agenda items for things you want to discuss at your next catch-up. They appear when you plan a catch-up, show on your Timeline, and live on each friend's profile. Tick them off when you log a catch-up. Long-press to edit or delete on profiles.

Remember the Little Things Capture quotes, gift ideas, post-it notes, and memories so you can show up thoughtfully next time you connect. Keep birthdays and important dates (milestones and reminders) in one list on each profile.

Plan and Log Catch-ups When someone is due, pick a date and how you'll connect. Open agenda items carry into the plan. After you meet, log the catch-up with notes and photos. Tick off agenda items you covered, flag topics for date-only follow-up reminders, and save discussion topics as prayer points with one tap. Optionally add planned catch-ups to your calendar.

Insights See catch-up trends and who may need a nudge. Every friend is grouped by rhythm (weekly through ad-hoc), with overdue listed first. Overdue and due-soon counts at the top. Collapsible sections for most-connected friends, six-month trends, and circle breakdown. No streaks, no scores.

Quick Actions Long-press any friend to call, message, add agenda items, or log a catch-up. In friend profiles, use the action buttons to call, message, log, or plan catch-ups with one tap.

Notifications Reminders the day before a catch-up is due, alerts when you're overdue, and birthday notifications.

Prayer Guide (Optional) Keep what to pray for next to the people it belongs to. Add a personal section for yourself or people you don't track in the app. See today's progress, tick prayer points off as you pray, and walk through Prayer Mode when you're ready. Friend profiles use the same prayer rows as the Prayer tab. Turn the whole tab off in Settings if you don't need it.

iCloud Sync (Optional) Sync your data across your iPhone and iPad using your own iCloud account.
