The calculation rules used in this application are based on: Switzerland: Art. 48 of the Road Sign Ordinance (OSR) https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/1979/1961_1961_1961/#art_48 France: French Highway Code (Code de la route) and local blue zone regulations Germany: § 13 and § 42 (Zeichen 314) of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO)
