Welcome to the H2 Health Virtual Companion App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.

Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your H2 Health Virtual Companion provider. As you make progress in your program, you'll earn virtual trophies and achievement badges to celebrate your milestones! Visit the 'Awards' tab to see your achievements and track your progress.

On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!

You must be a H2 Health Virtual Companion patient to gain access. This app integrates with your phone's Motion and Fitness activity framework to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.

My physical therapy office instructed me to download and use this app. Not once did anyone tell me that engaging with my therapist through it could result in additional charges. I was then blindsided by two separate $50 charges, totaling $100. H2 Health’s own billing department confirmed that these charges were connected to my use of the app, yet nobody can clearly explain what triggered each charge or how frequently patients can be billed. This is completely unacceptable. If using a health care app can generate $100 in patient charges, that cost should be disclosed clearly before a patient downloads or uses it. I received no warning from the office and saw no clear warning in the app. Had I been told, I absolutely would not have used it. Patients should not be financially punished for following their therapist’s instructions. Do not use this app until your provider gives you a complete fee schedule in writing.

I opened this app 3 times while I was doing physical therapy to look at the exercises my PT had prescribed. Navigating this app is very clunky & non-intuitive, and they charged my insurance and me way too much money for the quality of this interface.. I have requested a refund with my PT office, but nobody is honoring that, so this is all I can do to warn others. This app will take your money and offer you little in return. Highly disappointed and discouraged 👎👎👎
