Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your H2 Health Virtual Companion provider. As you make progress in your program, you'll earn virtual trophies and achievement badges to celebrate your milestones! Visit the 'Awards' tab to see your achievements and track your progress.

On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!

You must be a H2 Health Virtual Companion patient to gain access. This app integrates with your phone's Motion and Fitness activity framework to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.

I opened this app 3 times while I was doing physical therapy to look at the exercises my PT had prescribed. Navigating this app is very clunky & non-intuitive, and they charged my insurance and me way too much money for the quality of this interface.. I have requested a refund with my PT office, but nobody is honoring that, so this is all I can do to warn others. This app will take your money and offer you little in return. Highly disappointed and discouraged 👎👎👎

Update: The developers fixed the only bug and the app is perfect. Every exercise I have has a video. It keeps track of all my daily activities. Great app. Earlier harsh and cranky review: Every time I open the app, I have to go through the same five or six screens that look like initial configuration screens, but since they show up every time, they’re obviously useless. There’s no way to set a time out and when doing multiple exercise exercises if you set the phone down for too long, then you have to go through the same silly initial six screen process. If I didn’t have to use this, I wouldn’t.
