Cant get past terms and conditions. Doesn’t work at all. Parents depend on a quick easy app option

Successfully downloaded the app, entered my school ID, logged in with my username and password (that work just fine on the desktop website), but when I’m presented with the option to accept or decline the terms and conditions I can’t get through. I have opened and scrolled through the terms and the privacy policy but when I return to the main page, the “accept” button does not work. The “decline” button works immediately and logs me out. I have closed the app, restarted, and all other standard troubleshooting ideas. The “accept” button still does not work (“decline” works every time). And the most annoying part - I can’t create a help ticket in the support center unless I log in, which *checks notes* I can not do.
