RUN CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Create recurring weekly classes, one-time sessions, and ceramics workshops. Set teachers, schedules, duration, capacity, pricing, enrollment rules, and absence deadlines.

MANAGE MEMBERS, ATTENDANCE & PLANS

Invite students and teachers, approve join requests, manage roles, and keep every roster organized.

Record attendance and absences for current or past classes. Free occupied spots and decide whether a missed class should return credit to a student's plan.

Create one-time or recurring class plans with monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual cycles. Set included classes, extra class pricing, rollover rules, and expiration dates, then follow each student's usage.

TRACK EVERY KILN FIRING

Students can submit pieces for firing with photos, dimensions, weight, quantity, and notes. Teachers can search by student and move submissions through Pending, In Kiln, Completed, and Delivered.

Configure bisque and glaze firing, metric or imperial units, and pricing by volume, weight, or a custom amount. Students can follow progress and receive a notification when their work is ready.

DOCUMENT THE CREATIVE PROCESS

Follow every ceramic piece through a visual timeline from the first session to the final firing. Record clay, forming and decoration techniques, piece phase, glaze, firing method and cone, photos, measurements, notes, and progress updates.

Teachers can view member journals, customize available options, create entries for students when permitted, and send journal pieces directly to the kiln workflow.

KEEP DAILY OPERATIONS ORGANIZED

• Track clay, glazes, tools, kiln supplies, and other inventory • Monitor stock, costs, suppliers, storage locations, and reorder points • Keep private notes or share student notes with staff • Review attendance, class usage, extra classes, and teacher activity • Export journal data for reporting • Switch between participating studios

Use the studio feed for announcements, photos, videos, feedback, likes, and comments. Pin important posts and encourage participation with monthly rankings and badges. Students can reserve classes, join waitlists, receive reminders, report absences, follow plan usage, document projects, submit kiln pieces, and stay connected with their studio.
