This is only physician only calculator used as clinical decision-support application designed to assist clinicians in the grading and stratification of cervical myelopathy using the AJMI (Ambulatory, Jerks, Motor, Incontinence, Imaging) scoring framework. The app integrates key elements of neurological examination and radiological severity into a single structured interface, allowing rapid calculation of the AJMI score and real-time interpretation of disease severity. Estimated equivalence bands for commonly used myelopathy scales are also displayed to support clinical correlation.
