Interact shows you yoga poses. That's the main thing.

There's a grid of cards, each one representing a different asana. The cards are organized by what the pose does for you—builds energy, improves balance, or creates peace. You can filter by category or scroll through everything. Clicking a card opens a larger view with an illustration, the pose's benefits, and a short mantra. There's also an animated breathing guide at the bottom that cycles through an eight-second rhythm: in, hold, out. Follow it while you're in the pose. Behind everything, a mandala spins slowly against gradient colors.

The app has a social layer. You can post anything—doesn't have to be yoga-related. Could be what went well today, what didn't, a question you're sitting with. Other people see it and might respond or just quietly relate. If you want to have a longer conversation, direct messages are there. No pressure to stay on topic.

Sometimes a situation calls for actually hearing someone's voice instead of reading their words. That's when you'd start a call. It's less formal than it sounds—just a way to think out loud with another person, work through something messy, or share what's going on without the distance that text creates.
