LOG TRANSACTIONS Record fuel withdrawals and refills in seconds. Attach the vehicle or equipment being fuelled, enter the tank meter reading, and add a photo of the receipt. Everything is timestamped and stored against the right tank.

MULTIPLE TANKS, ONE VIEW See all your tanks on a single dashboard — current levels, fill percentage, and a low-fuel warning when a tank drops below 20%. Tap any tank to open its full transaction history or log directly from it.

TANK TYPES

RECEIPT PHOTOS Photograph receipts at the pump and attach them to the transaction. Photos are stored securely and can be automatically emailed to a nominated address when you're connected.

METER READING & IRREGULARITY DETECTION Enter the total meter counter reading on every withdrawal. Fuel Tracker automatically detects backward meters, unexpected gaps, and readings that don't add up — and surfaces them to admins for review and sign-off.

GROUP ACCESS — NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Share a 6-character join code with your team and they're in instantly — no sign-up, no passwords. Each person sets a display name on first launch. Admins unlock extra controls with a numeric passcode, keeping management simple without the overhead of user accounts.

EXPORT Admins can export the full transaction log as a CSV, filtered by tank, vehicle, or date range. Open in Excel or Numbers for reporting and reconciliation.

WORKS OFFLINE Log transactions anywhere — even without signal. Fuel Tracker queues entries locally and syncs automatically when you're back online.
