SECURITY THAT IS REAL, NOT DECORATIVE

• AES-256-GCM encryption — the standard used to protect classified material
• Face ID / Touch ID — a biometric match releases the key itself, so it is a cryptographic lock and not just a screen you can skip past
• Your passcode is never stored, anywhere, in any form — not even hashed
• Break-in alerts — silently photographs anyone who tries the wrong passcode
• Decoy vault — a second passcode opens a separate, innocuous vault
• Escalating lockout — repeated wrong guesses slow to a crawl, and the delay survives force-quitting the app
• Auto-lock the moment you leave the app

ENCRYPTED iCLOUD BACKUP

Backup is end-to-end encrypted. Your media is encrypted on your device before it leaves, and Apple stores only ciphertext — SnapLockr has no server and no way to read any of it.

The trade that comes with it: a recovery code is issued once, at setup. It is the only way back in if the passcode is forgotten. Keep it somewhere safe. We cannot reset it, because we never had it.

Monthly, annual, or a one-off lifetime purchase. No advertising, ever.

Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings.
