As someone that struggles to keep things organized. I want an app that sorts through all my tasks and surfaces only the most urgent and important task to keep in mind. that way to lose the analysis paralysis that comes from trying to decide what to do next.

Rank tasks, build in reoccuring reminders and even see how long it's been since I last did something.

Quickly build a list of tasks and the more information on each task and time passes, the list is automatically ranked. Drag and drop the tasks so that they move up or down the list as well. Bulk add tasks or use voice input and Siri to quickly add whatever it is that comes to mind for a list.

One of the best PeakTask features is that you can collaborate on a shared list with any other Peaktask user regardless of the type of device they're using (iPhone/Android/web). All users can view shared lists with live updates but other paid subscribers can also edit shared lists live! Perfect for collaborating and running a household.

The widgets are something of a must-have for me. For any reminder app, I need to quickly see information right on the home screen and lock screen. This PeakTask widget shows only your top priority so it really gets me to accomplish important work - again, without distraction or overwhelm.
