If you are like me you forget to eat sometimes or forget what you had earlier. I enjoy this app to be part of my cooking and eating ritual. I fill it out and overtime I can go and see what my eating patterns have been like!!

I Love that I don’t have to count calories with this app to keep track of my food intake! I’ve never really understood calorie counting anyway lol. This makes it so simple to keep track of my portions for my size and my weight and to be able to see what I can still consume for the rest of the day and still be within my dietary guidelines. I find the ease of tracking my food on my phone is Walworth the minimal investment for the cost of the app. I highly recommend it!
