• Professional onboarding Create and verify your professional profile as a law firm, translation office or accounting firm. Upload your required documents based on your country and provider type, and track the status of your registration (Pending review, Approved, or Requires more information).

• Dynamic requirements by country and profession The app supports different registration requirements per provider type (law, translation, accounting) and per country. You will always see the exact information and documents needed for your jurisdiction.

• Service requests from clients Receive service requests from clients looking for: – Legal advice and contract review – Translation and document legalization – Accounting, bookkeeping, tax and audit support Each request includes title, description, category, budget range, preferred contact method (online, phone, or in-person) and requested deadline.

• Send professional offers Review client requests and send your offer with: – Proposed fee and currency – Preferred meeting type and time window – Additional notes and questions You can manage your offers, see their status, and respond quickly to new opportunities.

• Appointments and scheduling When a client accepts your offer, an appointment is created. You can: – View upcoming and past appointments – See date, time, time zone, meeting type and location – Track the status (Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) This helps you keep your calendar organized and avoid double booking.

• Notifications in real time Receive in-app notifications when: – A new matching service request is created – A client accepts or rejects your offer – A new appointment is scheduled or updated – Your registration status changes Notifications help you react quickly and never miss an opportunity.
