This app is absolutely useless and leaves you wondering what on earth is even happening here. Do better.

App is totally useless and orphans any old amcrest cameras although they claim that amlink is backward compatible. There is no way to add a camera by IP address, you have to scan the QR code or enter the serial number. This is not possible when the camera or 16-36 cameras are mounted around a facility. AMLink needs to take a hard look at how they can keep existing customers. They are far behind in this segment, they lack any 12mp cameras, and other vendors are deploying 16mp now. It’s time to get your product line up to date. Adapt or you will go by the wayside and existing users will rip down your equipment and move elsewhere.
