Gretchen Roscoe Pilates

Our studio in Poway, CA, (San Diego County) is a welcoming space where people of all levels can experience Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended. We teach classical Pilates on Joe’s original apparatus, guiding each client with personalized attention to help them build strength, balance, and confidence. Rooted in tradition and fueled by community, our studio is dedicated to supporting long-term health and purposeful movement. We offer group apparatus classes, private sessions, as well as duet sessions. Additionally, we offer a teacher training program for both new teachers as well as those looking to expand their post-grad education. Gretchen has been studying the method of Pilates for more than 34 years. Now, as a retired Respiratory Therapist and former physical therapy assistant, she brings with her a wealth of education, experience and knowledge of functional movement to each and every session and group class. As a nationally certified Pilates Teacher, her singular goal is to get you moving so you feel stronger regardless of age, injuries, or limitations. Whether you’re looking to correct poor posture, get committed to yourself and your Pilates practice, improve your athletic performance, or overcome an injury or limitation, she will work with you and your goals to get you moving and feeling better, stronger, and more flexible!
