I didn’t expect much at first but this app is different. What helped me most is that it doesn’t just track streaks, it makes u stop and see why u slipped. After a few reports I started noticing the same thoughts and moves before breaking the habit. That part was honestly powerful. I also like that it focuses on one habit only, so it doesn’t feel messy or overwhelming. The little rewards and short lessons make it easier to stay in the process. It feels more like something that helps u understand yourself, not just another tracker yelling at u to be better
