App Name: OpenChair Service App App Purpose: OpenChair Service App is a marketplace platform that connects Professionals, Shop Owners, and Real Estate Agents. The app allows shop owners to list available chairs/workspaces, and professionals can discover and request those chairs for work. It simplifies workspace sharing, booking, and communication between users. Additionally, Real Estate Agents can list properties that can be rented by shop owners or professionals.

User Roles & Features:

1. Professional: Register and create profile View nearby available chairs (within ~50 miles based on location) Request a chair by paying an advance amount via escrow (Stripe) Post their own working chair for sharing Chat with shop owners Receive refund if request is rejected

2. Shop Owner: Register and create shop profile Post available chairs/workspaces Accept or reject chair requests Receive payment if request is accepted Chat with professionals

3. Real Estate Agent: Post properties for rent Properties are visible to both shop owners and professionals

Permissions Usage: Location: Used to show nearby chairs within a 50-mile radius. Location access is optional, but required to display nearby listings. The app remains functional without granting location permission. Camera/Photos (if applicable): Used for profile image or listing uploads.
