Iron Hand is a secure, role based portal built for retail store employees, operations managers, surveillance reviewers, and store owners. It centralizes shift packets, CCTV review, daily reporting, weekly ordering summaries, and monthly performance files into one streamlined app.

For Employees

Employees can quickly submit their end-of-shift packet, including: • Cash count photo • Sales report photo • Scratcher count video • Optional notes

All uploads are validated, sanitized, timestamped, and tied to the correct store for accurate reporting.

For Operations Managers (Inventory + Ordering Team)

This team manages store operations (not surveillance). Managers can: • Upload daily activity reports • Submit weekly ordering summaries • Upload monthly performance files • Attach documents, images, or videos • Maintain consistent operational oversight across stores

Operational submissions appear under the “Operations” category inside the reporting workspace.

For Surveillance Reviewers (CCTV Team)

The surveillance team works separately from operations. Reviewers can: • Log daily CCTV review notes • Upload screenshots or short clips • Document suspicious activity when necessary • Provide a verifiable daily surveillance audit trail

Surveillance reports are categorized independently to make them easy to review.

For Retail Store Owners / Clients

Owners receive a unified reporting workspace with filters for: • Category (Shift, Operations, Orders, Surveillance) • Employee or reviewer • Store • Date range

Owners can preview images and videos inline, read summaries, and download all submitted files.
