Sarthi Agent - Loan Management for Authorized Partners (Business Partners, Channel Partners, Agent) We plan to make the Sarthi Agent app publicly available across India so that any eligible individual can easily register and join our network as an agent.

Sarthi provides verified customer leads to registered agents. Agents can process these leads and, upon successful completion of the transaction, receive commission in accordance with applicable terms and policies.

In the next phase, we plan to introduce customer registration and loan application features. Customers will be able to create an account, locate a nearby verified agent, and apply for a gold loan. The agent will verify customer details, complete the digital agreement process, and assist in loan processing. Commissions for agents will be credited as per transaction completion and company guidelines.

App Features

Secure OTP Authentication Login using a verified mobile number with OTP-based authentication to ensure account security.

Agent Self-Registration Eligible users across India can register as Business or Channel Partners, subject to verification and approval.

Customer Loan Information Access View customer loan details such as loan amount, application status, and repayment-related information (as applicable).

Digital Document Access Download loan-related documents in PDF format and share them with customers for digital signing where supported.

Commission & Activity Tracking View loan processing activity and commission-related details provided by Sarthi, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Simple & Intuitive Interface Designed for ease of use, allowing agents to access essential information quickly and efficiently.
