Care seekers can:

• Post one-time or recurring shifts for PSWs, nurses, and other care providers

• Filter caregivers by role, experience, location, availability, and rate

• View verified profiles, credentials, and reviews

• Send and receive booking requests

• Chat securely in-app to confirm shift details

• Receive real-time notifications when caregivers apply, confirm, or update shifts

• Pay securely through the app once shifts are completed

Caregivers can:

• Browse and apply for open shifts that match their skills and schedule

• Accept bookings and manage their calendar in one place

• View shift details, locations, and special instructions

• Track past and upcoming shifts and earnings
