I’m waiting on a prescription and the app keeps resetting the number of days until ready. I called and the pharmacist had to go into the computer to fix it. Bugs like this should NEVER occur in any kind of medical application! I looked online and this has been happening for a long time. The app should be pulled from the App Store.

Don’t bother with this app. It’s useless. After setting up an account and try verifying it by adding the requested info off of my prescription plus name and zip code. It tells me there was an error and brings me back to the verification form again. After double checking the info I put in and hitting enter it then temporarily locks my account due to inability to verify. Waited a day for account to unlock and used a different prescription and had the same results. So now I’m waiting for my account to unlock again to try something else. If it doesn’t work I’m just going to go to a different pharmacy that actually has an app that works.
