User Reviews

Users praise Moms on Call for its easy-to-use interface, strong multi-child scheduling, tracking, and in-app resources/consulting. However, recurring concerns include the subscription cost, limited customization of schedules, and reliability issues such as blank schedules or needing reinstalls. Onboarding glitches also irritate new users. Overall, the app shows solid value and potential, especially for families with multiple children, but many reviews emphasize the need for ongoing fixes and cost justification.
Pros
  • Easy to use with an intuitive schedule and tracking
  • Robust scheduling and tracking for multiple children
  • Supports sharing with caregivers/nannies and family
  • Library of resources and access to personalized consulting within the app
  • Game changer with an improved design and more features compared to the old version
Cons
  • Requires subscription and is costly/not worth the price for some users
  • Limited scheduling customization (inability to adjust times like before; wake times don’t auto-adjust)
  • Reliability issues (schedules can appear blank or fail to load, sometimes requiring reinstall)
  • Onboarding/setup glitches (hard to progress after the initial three questions)

Free app that cannot be used without a subscription. Mind as well charge to download app at all, waste of time.

This is the second time I’m using the moms on call app and I have several issues, it is constantly saying that I do not have a schedule and showing a blank schedule despite being logged in and having an active membership. I have to delete the app and redownload it to see my schedule. In addition you cannot adjust the times like you could have with the previous app which makes adjusting your day very difficult in viewing terms for a very expensive app. You’re better off with only the book! Don’t waste your money

I had high hopes, but this app is pretty pointless. All it does is show you a suggested schedule that you can’t adjust based on what your baby actually did. For example, I have my baby’s wake time set to 8am, however she woke up at 840am today. The app does not adjust her daily schedule for the actual wake time so it shows she should be playing right now instead of eating. I thought I would be able to enter that she actually woke at 840am and it would show me how I should adjust her day accordingly. Immediately canceled this, not worth $15/month for a basic schedule.
