Farmer Noah

For O&M applications for the blind, deaf-blind and visually impaired: The Farmer Noah system provides a basis for developing and enhancing the skills of 1.) Detecting non-visual cues in the environment; 2.) Building detailed and accurate mental maps based on the non-visual cues, and; 3.) Tracking ones position and orientation accurately, relative to the mental maps and their surroundings.

For OT applications for the disabled: The Farmer Noah system provides a basis for practicing and enhancing mobility skills to include mobility and manipulation devices. It also exercises mental skills.

Farmer Noah does these functions in the context of a fun, game-like activity that can benefit children and adults through improved mobility, awareness and confidence.
