HunnyDewBee is the shared family todo app built on Apple Family Sharing. One subscription covers your whole group, lists sync in real time, and your todos stay unreadable to us.

Built for the household actually doing the chores: partners, parents, kids old enough to claim their own list, and anyone tired of scrolling back through the family chat to find that one thing they forgot.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your phone encrypts your todos and subdos before they sync. Only the devices in your family group hold the keys, so we can't read them. Your hive's name and the content of shared notifications work the same way.

Profile details and app settings are encrypted on our servers, but not yet end-to-end. We're moving them to the same device-held keys. List names save as ordinary app data.

The Hive Mind AI assistant is different. To answer you it may send any of your hive's todos to our AI provider, not just the ones you mention, along with titles, due dates, priorities, and who they're assigned to. Your device answers many requests on its own if it supports Apple Intelligence. Otherwise our AI provider writes the reply, and it doesn't use your data to train its models. We store your chat history with your account like regular app data. It isn't end-to-end encrypted, so your conversations stay available.

A Recovery Code keeps you in control if you switch devices or lose iCloud Keychain. Sign in with Apple works too, including Hide My Email.
