SEND A PHOTO Take a photo of your meal, a supplement label or a screenshot from another app (steps, sleep, workouts). Elena looks at it and gives you tips based on what she sees.

ELENA REMEMBERS YOU Elena keeps short notes about what matters: your goals, your habits, your preferences and how you are doing. So every conversation picks up where the last one left off. You can see, edit or delete every memory in the app.
