Уже как больше недели не работает приложение, не подключает выдает ошибку, не открывает чат поддержки,в протоколах осталось всего 2, пришлось отменить подписку, на iPhone нет обновления, перестал работать на iPhone 8plus , 11. Очень грустно теперь. Ранее такого не было

Эта шляпа перестала работать, как только я оформил годовую подписку. До этого, пока платил каждый месяц в течении 2х лет, работало стабильно и хорошо. Поддержка молчит, присылают тупые отписки, что у них все работает. В последние 2 недели вообще перестало заходить в приложение, а если и заходит, то впн не включается, а когда включается, то ни один сайт не грузит. Даже в поддержку не могу написать, т.к тупо не открывается окно. Включаю HitVPN или Дед ВПН и все отлично работает, сайты открывает, видео грузит, даже страница ссаной поддержки SplitVPN открывается. Спасибо, что поспособствовали моему переходу на другой сервис впн (HitVPN), работает четко, скорость большая и стоит 100р, в отличии от этой помойки.
