This is a health management application compatible with smart rings, deeply integrating exercise, sleep, and physiological data monitoring to create a comprehensive health tracking system for users, helping them accurately understand their physical condition. (I) Health Data Monitoring

1. Multi-dimensional Indicator Coverage: Real-time collection of basic vital signs data such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and stress levels.It can also be linked to menstrual cycle prediction, providing a comprehensive presentation of the body's condition. Heart rate data, for example, is displayed as a dynamic waveform for easy viewing of fluctuation trends; blood oxygen and stress levels also have intuitive values and change curves.
2. Sleep Depth Analysis: Accurately identifies deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, and wakefulness stages, statistically analyzes the duration and percentage of each stage, calculates sleep efficiency, bed rest time, etc., and provides a sleep health assessment to help you understand sleep quality and optimize your rest plan.

(II) Exercise Management

1. Exercise Data Tracking: Supports running, walking, cycling, and other exercise modes, recording steps, calories burned, and distance traveled, generating exercise heart rate curves, presenting average, minimum, and maximum heart rates, and analyzing exercise intensity and body response.

2. Goal and Scoring System: Set daily exercise goals, including steps, calories burned, and distance. Achievement is visualized using a rainbow progress bar. A comprehensive score is also provided, which evaluates activity hours and beneficial activities to incentivize scientific exercise.

(III) Personalized Assistance 1.  Sleep Aid Music Module: The sleep section includes soothing music, such as "Natural Rhythm”, to create a relaxing atmosphere, improve the sleep environment, and enhance sleep quality. 2.   Convenient Device Management: The "My" page allows users to view the smart ring's battery level and connection status, quickly access frequently asked questions and product manuals, provide feedback on usage issues, and configure settings to ensure stable and efficient device service.
