LuvviCare is for parents and guardians whose baby or young child is staying in a participating hospital or other healthcare facility. It helps you stay close, informed, and involved throughout your child’s stay—even when you cannot be at the bedside.

LuvviCare can support families during many types of stays. These include neonatal and pediatric care, neonatal intensive care (NICU), pediatric intensive care (PICU), palliative care, hospice care, and other child-focused settings.

LuvviCare was created with neonatal and pediatric healthcare professionals, music therapists, and parents. It brings care-team updates, family education, Audio Care, journey tracking, and memories together in one private place.

FOUR WAYS LUVVICARE HELPS FAMILIES

1. COMMUNICATION

• Receive private care-team updates with messages, eCards, photos, videos, and voice clips. Messages can be automatically translated into your selected language.
• Join secure video calls started by your care team, including bedside rounds when available.
• Receive livestream notifications and watch secure, time-limited live sessions.
• See and speak to your child during a livestream when the care team enables Live Parent Voice.

1. PARENT EDUCATION

• Learn from hundreds of articles, videos, infographics, and audio resources. Content is reviewed by neonatal and pediatric clinicians and grouped by stage of care.

1. AUDIO CARE

• Choose from a collection of lullabies and stories. Songs are recorded or approved by music therapists, and synchronized lyrics help you sing.
• Record songs, stories, and personal voice messages. With care-team approval, recordings can be played at your child’s bedside when you cannot be there.

1. NICU JOURNEY

• Follow your baby’s growth and milestones, and record family involvement during the hospital stay and, where available, through the first year at home.
• Save photos, videos, milestones, and family memories in one place.

Access is by invitation from a participating healthcare facility. Features may vary by facility and care program.

LuvviCare is free for families. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls, or paid feature unlocks.
