Pam Premium

Pam Premium is a read-only account monitoring and communication app for authorised users. It provides a clear overview of managed-account activity, performance information and manager updates without allowing users to execute trades or carry out financial transactions inside the app.

What you can do with Pam Premium:

• Account access – sign in using your activated account number and Pam Premium password, with optional “Remember me” support on your device. • Account overview – view account balance and daily, weekly and monthly performance information. • Open positions – monitor current positions, direction, prices and floating profit or loss in read-only mode. • History and filters – review closed positions using predefined or custom date ranges, including available swap and commission information. • News and updates – receive manager announcements, pinned notices, performance updates, risk information, images and documents. • Notification preferences – manage account-activity notifications and manager-news notifications separately. • Unread updates – see when new manager announcements are available. • Withdrawal communication – notify the account manager that you intend to request a withdrawal through the external PAMM system. This feature is informational only and does not initiate or process a withdrawal. • Settings and preferences – choose dark or light mode, select English or Romanian, manage notifications and contact support. • Password management – request password assistance by email and change your Pam Premium password securely inside the app.

Pam Premium does not execute, open, close or modify trades. It does not accept, hold or transfer funds, connect to payment methods, process deposits or withdrawals, or provide personalised investment advice.

All trading activity and financial transactions take place outside Pam Premium through external services. The application is designed only for read-only monitoring, manager communication and account-related information.

Pam Premium is an independent monitoring and communication application. It is not a brokerage, trading platform, wallet, payment service or official application of any financial institution.
