I tried this app after their social media reached out to me directly, and I cannot understand why this app even exists. It’s an obvious attempt to replicate the Crier, but it’s hilariously bad at it. When you type in the name of the Birmingham, where this software was made, the city doesn’t even show up. It says at the bottom of the page that you need to have an account to search by location, but for some reason it’ll let you search by artist name or venue without an account. Artists appear in the search multiple times. If you try to scroll past the fifth name in the search results, it gets stuck on a “loading events” under the names. Then it says “auth session missing!” when you click on any of them. If you search venues by your current location, it gives you a very small map that does not let you zoom in or move around. The UI is very confusing and ugly too. Clicking on a venue takes you to a page with a list of events. The top half of the screen is taken up with an unmovable, terribly designed Pelli graphic that has text cutoff on the right side. To get out of the page, you have to click on a brown x that is hidden in the logo above the Pelli name that is the same color. Then when you click on the account tab on the bottom right, it takes you to the create your account page. To get out of that, you have to press on a home button that is a finger’s width above the previous tab bar. It doesn’t make any sense. I hate this app.
