Zeno Self is a private daily practice for self-reflection, mood tracking, and pattern insight over time. Some people use it alongside therapy. Others find it’s all they were looking for.

• Chat with Zeno Talk things through in a judgement-free space, any time of day. Zeno listens, reflects, and helps you untangle racing thoughts, recognise triggers, and find a calmer next step.
• Journal freely Write without forced structure. Zeno reflects back what you wrote, highlighting strengths, what you seem to value, and what might be taking up more space in your mind than you realised.
• Morning and evening check-ins Morning check-ins track sleep, mood, energy, and motivation. Evening check-ins track energy, priority, strength, and mood. Over time, Zeno connects the dots so you can see what affects you uniquely.
• Dream logging Log your dreams after waking. Capture the details, notice the feeling, and talk it through if you want. Over time, patterns start to emerge.
• Morning gratitude Start the day by recognising the positive parts of life. Both good and hard will always be there. You get to choose what you practise focusing on.
• Evening wins Close the day by recognising wins, big or small. Not productivity. Self-recognition, and noticing progress.
• Explore topics Zeno reviews your conversations and notices the patterns that matter most to you. It offers those threads back when you feel ready, without you needing to remember what to bring up.
• Weekly trends A weekly summary of what went well, what was tough, and how your scores and themes relate. Real insight into what affects you uniquely, so you know what to focus on next.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No social feed. No audience. Just you. You control your data and can export or delete it at any time.
