Pen Annotation Draw directly on the canvas to capture waveform morphologies that parameters alone can't produce. The pen auto-matches the ECG stroke width (2pt) for a consistent look.

Eraser The eraser works on both pen strokes and waveform blocks. Erased waveforms are fixed visually but lose their editable parameters.
