MyBeat Care is a secure and user-friendly healthcare management application designed to help users manage personal health-related information and access digital health services from a single platform.

The app securely stores and retrieves user information from UVS Cube Infotech Private Limited’s own backend systems, following standard data protection and security practices.

• User Profile Management

• Create, view, and manage personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, PIN code, and address information.
• Add and manage family member profiles within the app.
• Users may optionally store basic bank-related details for personal record-keeping only.
• The app is not connected to any bank or third-party financial service, and no payments, reimbursements, financial processing, or transactions occur within the app.
• This information is not shared with any third party.

• Appointment Information Management

• View and manage appointment-related information stored within the app.
• Book, reschedule, and manage your medical appointments in real-time.

• In-App Notifications

• Receive informational notifications related to app activity, such as confirmations or updates.
• Notifications do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or health alerts.

• ABHA / ABDM Integration

• Create and view an Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA).
• Access ABHA profile details, digital health cards, and QR codes to unify your health records.

• Healthcare Store Browsing

• Browse available healthcare-related product categories such as wellness supplements and medicines.

• Secure Data Handling

• All user data is securely stored and managed using controlled backend systems.
• The app follows applicable privacy and data protection guidelines to ensure user information is handled responsibly.

• Comprehensive Health Records

• Digitally store and manage your complete medical history.
• Keep track of allergies, past surgeries, social history, and active medications.

• Voice Assistant

• Our application requests Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions solely to enable our hands-free "Voice Navigation" feature.
• This feature allows users (particularly elderly users or those with accessibility/motor impairments) to navigate the app's UI by speaking commands (e.g., "Open Profile", "Go to Appointments").
• The speech recognition captures the command and programmatically routes the user to the requested page.
• We do not record, store, or transmit raw audio files to our servers. The audio is transcribed to text in real-time by the native OS speech recognizer to execute the navigation routing locally.
