Greater Human is an AI Coach for self-engineering – a practice that can help you uncover stuck patterns in how you think, feel, and react, and give you tools to reshape yourself into a Greater You.

When stress flares up, overthinking spirals, people-pleasing kicks in, your inner critic attacks, or you find yourself repeating the same reactions in conflict, the app can support you to slow down, listen inward, and find a more intentional way to respond. Instead of fighting yourself, you’re guided to work with the different inner voices and emotional currents that show up – with more clarity, curiosity, and strength.

Underneath all these challenges is the same thing: reactivity. Greater Human offers one integrated approach designed to be relevant across situations. We go beyond mere mindfulness or motivation.
