Information straight from a trusted source to help keep you out of harm’s way.

Swivel is developed by the Public Safety Council Corp. The Swivel Public Safety mobile app is designed to support a whole-of-society approach to public safety without compromising privacy rights or civil liberties.

Swivel sends alerts to your mobile device, but we don't know your name, telephone number or email address, and we don't collect any personal information nor do we track your location. We respect your privacy.
