Ledgerly is a budget and expense tracker you fill in yourself. No bank connection, no automatic import, no account to create. Every figure stays on your phone, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch on backup.

ONE NUMBER THAT MATTERS Ledgerly takes what you have left, subtracts what still has to go out, and divides by the days remaining in your period. The result is what is safe to spend today. The numbers it came from sit right underneath it.

FOUR QUESTIONS, FOUR SCREENS • Today: How much can I spend today? Adding an expense takes seconds: amount, category, account. • Plan: Where is the budget? Give every category an amount and watch the bars. Your period is the one you live in: a month, a fortnight, or the gap between two paydays. • Money: What do I own today? Bank, cash, savings and cards in one total. Transfers count as movement, not as spending. • Tools: Categories, recurring transactions, export, backup, app lock.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY, NOT AS AN OPTION • No sign-up. There is no account, and no server holding your data. • Works offline: try it in airplane mode. • Backup is a choice: Google Drive, iCloud, or a local file. It stays off until you turn it on. • Purchases go through your App Store account. Crash reports carry the failure, not your figures. • Lock the app with a passcode, plus Face ID or Touch ID.

QUIETLY DIFFERENT, ON PURPOSE • No red, no scolding. Going over budget is just a line telling you by how much. • No advice, no scores, no guessed categories. You know what that money was for. • Recurring items look after themselves: rent, salary and subscriptions, set once. • 165 currencies. Available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export everything to CSV, a file that opens in any spreadsheet, whether you have paid or not, and after a subscription ends.

After that Ledgerly is a paid app: monthly, yearly, or one payment for life. There is no free tier and no second tier. Nothing is held back to be sold to you later. When a trial or subscription ends you can still read, search, export and back up everything you have written down; paying is what adds new transactions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
