The idea of the app is great and me and my friends are in the middle of a challenge right now. The only issue is a lack of settings, as well as clarity within the app. It is hard to see who has been eliminated and who is still in, you can’t look at previous days numbers of other players, and steps are very slow to update. It would also be nice if there were a “last man standing” option, rather than just a set date.

Don’t even bother downloading to “give it a shot.” After this customer service exchange I just had with their support I would be doing the public a disservice by not warning everyone. I’ll spare the fine details other than the fact that my money had disappeared from my wallet due to their flawed system and the best they could essentially was was damn that sucks. I’m not sure what kind of business or venture thinks they’ll move forward and grow by purposely alienating their consumers or early adopters. The app is clunky with no real way to keep real time tracking of the competition. God forbid you want to create your own challenge - no one joins? Bye bye to your $25 for creating a challenge for no one and you are not even entered in by default. Be sure to bring additional funds for an entry into your creation! Above everything though - the amount of time it took for support to get back to me just to speak to me the way they did was simply unacceptable. If I could rate this thing any lower I would. Save yourselves the headache and maybe even rate them down in passing while you’re here.
