SACHET is a public productivity app designed exclusively for pre and post disbursement related activities.

SACHET is a public productivity app designed exclusively for pre and post disbursement related activities. Users can securely log in using their ADFS credentials (PS No and password), ensuring organization-specific access. Once authenticated, employees are presented with a dashboard containing different tabs, each representing a distinct category of tasks assigned to them.

Each tab displays a count of assigned WorkIDs, allowing users to prioritize tasks efficiently. Selecting a tab reveals a detailed, scrollable list of WorkIDs, organized into three sections—All, Pending, and Completed—making it easy to track task progress.

Pending WorkIDs open interactive forms tailored to each task. The forms include various field types such as text, dropdowns, date & time pickers, and phone numbers. Some fields are auto-populated, while others require user input. Users can also upload up to 3 images per WorkID, either from their device gallery or directly via camera. After completing the required fields and passing validation, users can submit the form. Successfully submitted forms mark the WorkID as completed.
