I’ve been weightlifting for 30 years and as a 54 year old, I started noticing gravity take a toll on my butt. I just finished Holly’s hyper focused glutes program and it literally gave me a butt rounder and more solid than when I was 25! I’m not kidding. Yeah to Holly and Biafit App. Her programs rock.

I absolutely love this workout app. I’ve had several workout apps in the past and this is by far the best. The ability to personalize your workouts is a great feature. It is super easy to swap exercises or even turn a 4 day program into a 5 day program with the swap days feature. Hollys programs are challenging and effective. Get the app!

I have been following Holly for quite a while and have done several programs of hers and also the previous app. Loved ever program I’ve completed! It’s easy to follow and gave me great results. I love being able to change an exercise quickly if something isn’t available at my gym. Also love the variety of full body days vs always a struck upper or lower. Subscribed for a year and can’t wait to keep building muscle. Highly recommend
