When expecting to receive a delivery make sure the address is your location before placing it because it defaults to the store. I went to change my address after placing the delivery and instead of having a way to type it in you have to drag a pin around a map to find yourself and are limited to a certain radius around the store itself. So even if you’re 5 minutes away, if your address doesn’t fall withing the radius of delivery (which isn’t large) it won’t let you adjust your address. In addition to all of that, they also give you no option to cancel the order which leaves you with the only other option to call the store and talk to the managers who seem to be very confused on what to do, which is understandable because the app shouldn’t have problems that staff needs to fix. Would not place delivers through this app.
