How It Works Priority Order: Safe Numbers > Filter Rules > Block List. Senders matching your Safe Numbers are always delivered directly to your inbox. Messages containing your defined keywords are routed to the iOS category you selected. Numbers on your Block List are automatically sent to the Junk folder. Senders not matching any rule or contact are handled by iOS’s default behavior.
